aesmael: (friendly)
Time for bed at last, turala turala lay. Long dayish listening to interviews among other things. The first a debate between Paul Manata and Dan Barker which was somehwat tiresome. My thought - and I put this out because if I am mistaken someone might correct me - was that Manata kept treating logic and reason as things because he had to in order to justify his position. If logic and reason are not existing objects and things which presumably need explanation then he cannot invoke his God to be their creator.
Much more fun was this interview with Jasper Fforde, whose books I absolutely must read. The man gets It, probably much better than I do.

Anyone who does not read New Scientist should fix that as soon as possible. My evidence: last week's Feedback page. Just scroll down to the bottom for an analysis of the number of deities expected to be found in any given universe. Oh, and some other breakthroughs in knowledge too.

On a more productive note I have finished some background jjiggering for the story I have now decided should not be referred to by the name Luri after all. I don't think I want to use its code name either, so the tale shall simply go nameless for now. New schedule: more background jiggery (possibly with extra pokery) tomorrow, then back to Sparkle over the weekend before doing the actual writing of this nameless tale Mondee Wensdee Tuesdee. After, let's see if we can get some kind of rhythm going, shall we?

With love and words and loving words,
    Tricia
