What's weird is how positive I thought your other posts were.
Also, this time, I noticed a bit of Tricia creeping into the author's voice. And I have a question - what prompted this project? I am wondering now if this character is perhaps an avatar for yourself, albeit unbounded by the same unseen forces that hold you in place.
What continues to baffle me is how this narrator does nothing to obfuscate her words.
This is a post I was thinking of when I said she is most in danger of my voice when speaking sentiments I share.
The prompting I could not say, except that I had the idea and started writing it all within a few minutes. This came at the end of a very emotional 24 hours (http://aesmael.livejournal.com/2007/11/12/) for me; the video post marked the latter parts of a conversation in which I did a tremendous amount of sobbing.
I suppose she might be considered an avatar since she does share some drives and perspectives with me, although I do not think of her so.
Now I am curious about your remark about obfuscation (since I think I can interpret the part about being held in place).
