    Background: well, I just started visiting ENWorld again after a year or two of absence and I am just remembering why I loved the site so in the first place. First thread just happened to be this one, which is hilarious provided you like extended jokes involving Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: the Gathering (or maybe just CCGs in general?), Terry Pratchett and metaphysical absurdity.

    Long story short, Dresden Codak is now on my webcomic reading list.

This link was overwhelming to me. It made my brain feel sore. I felt mildly humbled. I knew I was reading English...but it just didn't make sense to me. I will try to leave not feeling stupid but, rather, "uninitiated".

What are CCGs?

I think it means collectible card games. I do not play them but have been subjected to that acronym enough to absorb it.
