I just heard on the news

Something about a plan to swap illegal immigrants caught attempting to enter Australia and held on Christmas Island with Cubans caught attempting to enter the United States illegally and held in Guantanamo Bay.

So... that sounds weird. I wonder what else there is on this. Maybe I misunderstood.
