Another 130 words yesterday. I know I say this often, but there has been a step also toward recollection of what this story is, which I had lost. It is an odd feeling to be writing words for scenes which I know will not be kept in revision.
It is like... a ghost story, perhaps. The scene freezes, fades away to reveal the real story. We start again because what you saw before was never real, it never happened.

I have been having a very frustrating problem the past few months, in which some of my favourite blogs redirect to Twitter - something I never want to see again in all my life - making it impossible for me to read them. Just spent an afternoon testing my extensions on another computer and could not recreate the problem, so, does anyone have any thoughts on how I might solve this? I will try asking on a dedicated community once I have the energy to find one and be detailed.

This is Firefox, by the way, and the computer having the problems is running (K)Ubuntu. The one I could not replicate it on uses Windows XP.

Steinn Sigurðsson|Dynamics of Cats reports on a planetary candidate in orbit around a white dwarf ~50pc distant. This system could actually be broadly similar to what lies in the solar system's future, as I am sure news reports will point out ad nauseam.

When I was younger I had the impression everyone had to have a religion. I tried to find one which I could bear to claim as my own. For many years Buddhism was a leading contender. Then I realised people do not need religion at all and I became a Discordian.
