Despite finishing the story on time and managing a few hundred words of another, I have decided not to post any tonight. Instead I will be trying for a biweekly schedule so that hopefully I will be able to keep pace this time and not run out of material. In the meantime, enjoy (or not) some six word stories:
Do-gooder dies inevitably, tries anyway.
Promised destiny snatched away, ambition expands.
"I thought you loved me." "Briefly."
Universe's last words: "Don't press that!"
"For God?" "For God." *BLAM!*
Humanity reaches stars. Finds ruins, ours.
Imprisoned together, escaped together, dying singly.

"For God?" "For God." *BLAM!*
This one simply makes us think of the Golden Compass, oddly. It is rather a different interpretation of *BLAM* to make it work, but it pleases us rather much. But then, we seem rather taken by Christian mythology as used by those who are not believers themselves.
