Change of Plan

I think I will stop with the word of the day writing, or at least put it aside for now. As useful as I suspect the challenge of chopping and changing around on the sawhorse of the mind to fit preassigned words to be (like in this post), it is cutting into time I could be writing something better or more interesting. Otherwise I may find myself still practising into my dotage, never having gotten to the good stuff!

I may still have a go from time to time if I have accomplished some other writing in the day and find myself with time.

Aw, now I'm blushing.

I don't mean to retire it completely, just not to continue at the expense of my other writing or of making it interesting (the trouble is I am very very slow).
