Making me wait on hold for half a minute before you, the caller, start talking to me will not endear you or your product to me.

That's caused by their auto-dialer calling too many numbers before the call-center droids can be available to talk.

The cure for this is to put the phone down and walk away. Their system can't drop the call and it ties up their line. If enough people were to do this, they soon wouldn't be able to make any more calls. Awwwww, poor phone spammers.

we used to give the phone to my cat in my house... it was really hilarious looking at the cat staring quizzically at it, too.

Heh. We don't get many other calls and when someone does make it through it usually drops our internet connection. Should try that.

I did actually work in sales briefly so I have learned not to wait for them to let me hang up.
