aesmael: (haircut)
Yesterday was busy, ish. I finished transcribing Krakkaire into electronic form. I also wrote more of Fantasia, finally (after a half-year break) finished writing day 13 of Discourteous Joe. There was more of my fallback story too, although after talking with [livejournal.com profile] soltice I find I need to rewrite some of it already.
It is interesting both how quickly and how frustratingly slowly these stories are progressing.

Krakkaire:

Zokutou word meterZokutou word meterZokutou word meter
11,556 + 826
(7.1% more)

I used the 'unfinished' meter because the one that says I am finished is acting up and will not provide me with code to past. The story itself is rather dreadfully written and needs a lot of work to be presentable. It is slightly interlinked, though, for those of you who like that sort of thing.

Fantasia:
Zokutou word meterZokutou word meterZokutou word meter
490 / 1,800
(26.0%)

This one is difficult to spend more than a few days on at a time. I am not very interested, except as an exercise in form.

Fallback:
Zokutou word meterZokutou word meterZokutou word meter
161 + 408
(253.4% more)

And in need of rewriting many of those. Today's total will likely be considerably less unless rearrangements inspire.

Discourteous Joe:
Zokutou word meterZokutou word meterZokutou word meter
2,803 + 270
(9.6% more)

Today our itinerant cowboy experiences an impromptu dance number and a suspicious meeting at dinner.

Monthly Goal:
Zokutou word meterZokutou word meterZokutou word meter
2,668 / 6,000
(44.0%)

From now on I need write only 123 words/day to satisfy my goal. Not bad at all.

Excessive goal:
Zokutou word meterZokutou word meterZokutou word meter
2,668 / 50,000
(5.0%)

Yesterday was closer, but I still need to average 1753 words/day for the rest of the month. Perhaps now I ought point out that 50,000 words is nearly 20,000 more than I wrote in the entire year to date.

Tralalalala, whatever am I going to do without Krakkaire to pad out my totals? P:

I don't know what Krakkaire's about, but it's a totally awesome title, one that sticks with you...
